Acceptance of Terms: By installing the LoadFast Chrome extension, accessing the web app, visiting our website (loadfast.com or any affiliated domains), or purchasing the Service, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
What We Provide: LoadFast is a productivity tool that allows you to save unlimited text snippets, organize them with categories and filters, and expand them instantly using custom triggers. Features include real-time sync across devices, a built-in search bar, secure cloud backup, and the ability to add or edit snippets directly from the extension popup.
Scope: The Service encompasses the Chrome extension, web app, and website. Features are available immediately upon purchase of the lifetime license, with free updates provided indefinitely. Some features (e.g., sync) require an active internet connection.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
User Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use LoadFast. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

5. User Content and Data
Ownership: You retain ownership of all text snippets or data you input into LoadFast ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your User Content. We prohibit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
6. Payment Terms
Pricing: LoadFast is offered for a one-time fee of $10 USD, granting lifetime access to the Service and all future updates. No subscriptions or additional fees apply.
No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
The Service being unavailable or non-functional for any period (e.g., weeks or months due to technical issues, updates, or third-party service disruptions).
Dissatisfaction with the Service or its features.
Resale or transfer of the Service by you to another party, followed by its closure or discontinuation.
Termination of the Service by us for any reason (see Section 10).

7. Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Use: LoadFast is intended for personal or business productivity, such as automating repetitive typing tasks.

Downtime and Closure: No refunds or compensation will be provided if the Service is unavailable for any duration (e.g., weeks, months) or permanently discontinued, whether due to technical issues, business decisions, or third-party actions (e.g., Chrome Web Store removal).
12. Limitation of Liability
Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these ToS or the Service will not exceed the $10 USD you paid.

Resale or Closure: If you sell or transfer your license (against these ToS) and the Service later closes, or if we discontinue LoadFast, no refunds or remedies will be provided.

You sell or transfer your license to another party, and they can no longer use it.
